Give Feedback

Should the give feedback icon go from my screen once I've given feedback?

It is a big pain in the proverbial to have it there! If my mouse strays onto it, up pops the questionaire AGAIN!

I agree that the position of the "give feedback" flag is not ideal.

Could it not just be a link along the top of the page, alongside contact & FAQs?

Are you referring to the orange triangle in the bottom right corner of the screen?

Do you really find it annoying?

Yes it is the orange triangle. I think the problem is that the scroll bar arrow is right beside it so it is easy to click on the triangle by mistake.

If it was anywhere but the bottom right corner then it could be 'ignored'.

It doesn't work for me anyway. Each time I have tried to use it, the button hasn't "clicked" or the page just hangs.

  Hi, it does work albeit it you have to wait a minute  for it to appear.  It does not bother me, but my mouse is on the laptop I think you have a bit more control of its movement.

Thanks for the feedback on the feedback icon!  It's actually really popular and people use it all the time to report bugs and tell us how much they like us...or hate us!

We've got a new look site coming soon so we may change it's location anyway.
