Guaranteed Rental Income?

Whilst I am sure it will boil down to each and every individual contract does anyone have an informed opinion on the following;
Clients purchased a property which came with a 2 year guaranteed rental scenario, this has been stopped after approximately 7 months, any opinions contractually?

It will come down to whats in the contract and what was notarized!
If it was estate agents/developers spiel, then if there is something in a brochure it can be enforced. It may even be in the scritura or the rpivate purchase contract
If not it will be harder to enforce.
A good lawyer would know

Need some clarification really. Please see questions below in bold orange:
Clients purchased signed Notary deeds? a property which came with a 2 year guaranteed rental was it written in the purchase contract or publicity? scenario, this has been stopped after approximately 7 months, you meant, it was rented for 7 months and there is no rentals any more after this initial period? any opinions contractually?
