Which website to sell my property?

Hi everyone,

What is a good website to sell my property without an estate agent? I have found a website http://www.4rent4sale.es which does it for free they have somekind of offer on now, I'm looking for more places that do this for free. Any suggestions?

Are there any other tips or hints that you can tell me?

Not sure if I can post my property here so I won't do it, unless it allowed.

You are right in not advertising your property on the forum. It would be removed as Justin has a place to post it Sell my property & it's 79€, so not free. Good luck in your quest.

Hopefully the following will help.

Some time ago Justin touched on a subjeect called "Google Trends"  http://www.google.com/trends If you do some research on this site you will find out where the searches are originating from, for example type in "Spanish Property" or something more relevant to your property.

Then search for free ads in that local area to market your property, a good starting point is Gumtree

However you will not go far wrong by putting it on this site, money well spent to be honest. I have had more responses through Eye on Spain than any free ads.

I've used www.mouse-move.com It's free to advertise your property there at the moment. I got an offer on my apartment within two weeks using them. They seem honest to deal with and take no commission.
