Hi guys new product just launched for the non resident market at 90% of bank value restricted to 100% of purchase contract price. Start up costs are expensive with a Mortgage Indemnity Guarantee premium. Chargeable rate is pretty good though and up to 2 years interest only if wished.

Thanks for the info smiley, looks like the mortgage market is moving along a bit with new products coming out quite often now.
