Studio apartment - Calahonda - how much??

Anyone any idea how much a 38 sq m studio apartment would fetch in Calahonda if sold sooner rather than later etc

For anyone with local knowledge the apartment is in Edf Bravo II Urb La Ponderosa.

I don't know anything about condition so let's assume dated rather than modern and up to date etc

I'd appreciate any comments back that would give me any idea of a price banding etc.

Also if anyone could give me an indication as to where this urbanisation is that would also be a help.

For a small studio such as this in Calahonda, I would think you are looking at between 80-90,000 euros (on the generous side) as the market is at the moment. It also would depend on whether it has sea views, general condition, age, sunny terrace etc.,

I don't think this is Calahonda but Calypso right next door, I think the urbo you mentioned is called  Urb - Camino La Ponderosa, Edf. Bravo II - price? 70k euros on a good day and its in good condition. It's behind the Calypso commercial centre. There are five of these studio's on the MLS  ranging from 38k to 90k at the moment.

You could well be right regarding location my details are very sketchy to say the least. But now you have given a starting point so I'll drive down that way and locate.
