 The government is worried that mens ????? are getting smaller. To find out how great the problem is they have asked all men with ????? smaller than three inches to put a white flag with a red cross on their car & many are doing so too!

The Government is also worried that Women are developing an inferiority complex. To find out how great the problem is, they have asked all Women to do what the Men are doing, and put a white flag with a red cross on their car!
