Just like some information. With reguards to canceling a Telefonica landline. rather than ring the 1004 number is it possible to take your details to a Telefonica shop. And how soon do we cancel the direct debit.
And what do we do with the dorma phone they supplied?
I do have spanish mobile and internet dongle so we can still communicate.

Telefonica are a nightmare!, if you dont speak spanish and still have a relationship with your lawyer, get them to do it.
