Don't know about Murcia specifically, but I would usually expect to wait up to 6 weeks to get the original escritura (deed). But don't worry too much about this, as the Copia Simple, which you should be given at the notary immediately after signing for a property, is usually sufficient evidence that the property is now yours.

It will vary between Property Registry and even then will vary within each Registry according to how busy they are.  If you really want to know, why not just ask them?   They'll give you an estimate.  If you didn't take it yourself ask the person who did it for you to ask them.

Do not feel comfortable till having the property registered under your name. Even if you signed the deed and the Notary authorised the transaction, your ownership rights are not officially yours ( erga omned: against every third party) till the property is  duly registered  after the examiniation and classification of the Land Registrar.

It usually takes 1 or two months from the date of deed signature.

Have a good Saint Jorge day. In Spain we gift books and roses this day. Specially in Cataluña.
