Now there is the good old BBC languages section that we all know about and if you don't well here it is:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/

And I have made a discovery just now:

http://www.channel4learning.com/support/programmenotes/languages.html

It is aimed at seconday level, scroll down until you find the Spanish and there is all kinds of material like transcripts that are used to support the tv series. I haven't had a proper look yet but there might be some useful stuff.

This is aimed at children but this kind of stuff is usually great for adults.

This interactive one seems really good, I am going to have a go at the french:

Happy Learning
