Hi
I have a property in Murcia, Spain, A villa really close to the golfing resorts. i have been trying to Rent out my property, but in the last 6 months i have experienced a serious dip in my bookings.
Can any one give me any advice or information on agents or help i can get.
Any advice would be great

Hi Damien,
Sorry, mate, but that is the story. I'd get on the net and blag every rental agent that comes up. You are going to have to drop your prices, though.
