Mosa Golf User Rights

Hi,

To anyone out there who is an owner of a property on Mosa site can you tell me if you think its worth buying the golf user rights?  I have recently completed on a 2 bed property there and am considering whether to purchase the rights or not - they seem very expensive.  There also seems to be a lot of golf courses in the near by area where you can also turn up and pay and play so was wondering if I need the rights to attract golfs to rent out my property?

Does anyone have any view on this based on their own experience.  From what I can tell although its more expensive you can still turn up and pay and play at Mosa so I am wondering what the point of spending Euros 27,000 is?
