There's LOADS of info in our forum. Just search for keywords or check out the Moving To Spain boards. If you have specific questions you can't find answers to there's many who'll spring into action, WON'T WE ? 
If you give us the name of your development if it's a new one we can point you to your owners forum where you can register free & also post in there for local info.

Thanks for the video Morerosado, I got the nickname from some biker mates of mine because of the rather bright leathers I used to wear when I rode a sportsbike, I now ride a large touring motorcycle - much safer and sensible.
We are buying a property in the village of Salado near Mahoya, just a small number of houses being built - not what could be described as an urbanisation.
