how to delete another wifi network from computer

Hi,

can anyone help.

about 4 weeks ago i went to my friends who lives in the same area

as me and i tried to connect onto his wifi but failed even though he

gave me his password.

now nearly everytime i turn my laptop on this other network connects

on my computer and says limited access cannot connect to network.

i then disconnect it and my own network takes over

can anyone tell me how to get rid of the other network permanently

from my computer

in palin english please as i am still a novice on the internet

 Google it once you are connected on your network and you will get plenty of links for how to do it. Just search with the exat words you used here. Or alternatively use the help button on your computer.

Not sure if this is the correct way but i have done it, as shown below,  on my Laptop with Windows 7

1 Start button and select control panel.

2 Selct Network and Internet

3 Select Network and Sharing Centre

4 In right hand column select Manage Wireless Networks.

This should bring up a list of networks.

5 Right click on network you want to remove and select Remove Network

It worked for me..Good luck.
