in April this year I rented my apartment in Luz de Almoradi 3 to a gentleman from Taunton Somerset.
Soon after arriving little problems surfaced which were ignored but the upshot is this guy thrashed my apartment stole some bed clothing ran up a big electric bill but worse robbed the apartment next door which was unoccupied at the time
He has since fled and may be still in Spain so I am sending out a warning to apartment owners.
I did rent it through an ad. on Eye on Spain.
I am not sure if I can name him , maybe someone will let me know the law on th
