Ocean View Properties

I am hearing reports from the media in the U.K., that Ocean View Properties has gone "bust". How does that affect Property Owners, who bought with them, in the Estepona/Manilva area, who have snags to be attended too, have yet to complete, or who are fighting to get their money back?

where have you been?, that's very old news!.  Yes, that bunch of crooks went under some time ago, leaving a trail of lies, broken promise, uncompleted developments etc. They ran off with huge amounts of money and while also living the high life, salted away millions in other ventures all over the place.

There are many people trying to get back money stolen from them by probably one of the worst agents ever to operate in Spain, but as they are dealing with proffesional crooks, the money's proving hard to extract. They also used very dodgy lawyers and crooked developers like Aifos who have also gone under. They didn't  even secure Bank Guarantees in many cases, so nothing was to low for them to stoop to. They took full advantage of Spain's lack of regulation and corruption to cheat many good people from the UK who had sadly put their legal trust in them because they portrayed themself as the safe link for buying in Spain. Nothing could be further from the truth!
