Holiday bookings

Has anyone else experienced what can only be described as a Mad rush in January to book summer holidays we are practically booked all season already this usually takes at least till Mid March in previous years

I should mention not from the UK so much but other countries

Yes, this happened to me last year as well and again now.  I've received dozens of enquiries for July and August all from Spanish.

Its very strange i have never ever rented my apartment to Spanish people in 5yrs of ownership and only once to golfers even though its on a golf course of which the Costa Del Sol supposedly  is the Mecca of Golf in Europe we have only had one set of golfers in 5yrs

Mainly familys and couples rent one good thing its not as seasonal as other parts of Spain so people arrive all year round.
