school in the orihuela costa area?

Just thought you may like to know I asked my soliciotr to send me a list of key ready proertyies at othe SJ sites they are as follows AND are the Cheapest I could find on the 10 sheets. Some are way over these prices.

My Marbella cost me 116000euros  in January 2005 to buy a key ready on Pinada Golf today I would have to pay 174000 euros the only diffence I can see is a slightly larger garden

Azecena owners would have to pay 187000 euros that is on Playa golf 1 & 2

Tulipan Owners would have to pay 138000 euros on Playa Golf 3

the only other one on my list is the Amapola on Playa Golf 1 & 2 at a massive 387,280 euros

I will have to wait for my place in the sun however long it takes these prices came from   SJ  on 27/07/07

So if you can't wait any longer and have bags of money you can get a place today

would  sj consider renting any of these properties to clients who have been delayed on santa ana at a reasonable price while we wait for compleation of our properties me and linda have sold our property and are living back home with mum (rent free)lucky us but might consider a move earlier.

Hi folks - I bought an Azucena on Playa Golf 2 and paid 187k as Auntie Linda quoted - however, the bank valued it at 228,000 so I was told I was getting a massive discount!!  You live and learn.  The values are going down and I know there is at least one Azucena for sale in my street at around 170k. 

For those of you who want to rent, there is a big supply  (really an over-supply!) so you should find something very easily for around 500 euros per month plus bills.  My own is available for short or long term rental until the end of 2008 when I plan to move out for good.

As far as I am aware SJ are willing to accomodate anyone "out of contract" and waiting

There are quite a few of us who have sold our home and are now "sat" waiting

If you bought via Ambasun send me a pm

otherwise you need to get your solicitor to speak to SJ about getting you somewhere  to stay

we are waiting with baited breath on this one and expect an answer soon!

Hopefully it too will be rent free as is your mums.

I have had it confirmed in writing from Yoana at SJ legal department that anybody who is now out of contract or becomes out of contract, SJ will give them free accomodation in Spain until their property is finished . Whether this accomodation is within one of their own properties or elsewhere i'm not sure.

The person to contact at SJ regarding compensation in the form of free accomodation is a colleague of Yoana's called Pili.
