NEWS Yesterday at 08:24:39   After reading your comments, I would like to try to resolve the three main concerns which I have read in the forum:   1. Status with licenses.   We are waiting for the final paperwork which we should receive during October. At this moment in time, the "Proyecto de Reparcelación" is at the Land Registry Office. So everything is OK.   2. The apparent reduction of sizes. The measures of the properties have not been decreased. Please, note this comment. The sizes of the houses are the same as always. We have only reduced the size in the literature; this is due to the building normative. That's all. But all the properties will have the original sizes.   3. Golf Course. As you know, we have made an important progress in the Golf Courses. The soil movements are done and we are currently shaping two new holes. Shortly we are going to start to fit the irrigation system. Unfortunaltely we dont own both, my mother in law has bought the one up the road.  I think she intends to stay in hers most of the year but we will be renting ours to, well mostly family at the minute they have all got dibs on the house with a discount of course.  What about yourself are you moving there or just an investment? its an investment anyway i suppose. this is the first house we have bought abroad so im quite excited especially being next door to the wine sanctuary he he.  im hoping, maybe dreaming that i will be able to rent a shop or room of some sort for my business, but that will be in the long run.  I think the most important thing at the minute is actually getting the house built.
