Please can anyone help we are currently wondering what to do about our amapola in jumilla - do we sell or not. Just wondered if anyone has already done this and how easy it is etc etc? Or if anyone is interested in a bargain?

Hope that you don't mind me asking but why you are thinking of selling?  If you love the area and would like to live there, or go out for holidays and rent out your amapola, then why not hang out in there with the rest of us?  Or at least wait until September and see whether San Jose get the new licences and building starts in earnest.  We are inexperienced off-plan buyers (not sure I would want to go through this again!) but other people may be able to give you advice.
