Just got an email from ambasun to say that our amapola on r17 is not going to be completed until dec 08 possibly early 2009. We have been told that San Jose have now breached their contract and that we should contact our solicitors or san jose with respect to this. Initially the villa was due to be finished May 07 we bought in 05.
The position we are in is that at the mo we are a bit wobbly shall we say with finances worrying about the villa - we would love to hang on to it but have maybe seen this option as a way out?
Need some help here guys do we hang on in there and hope that by the end of next year we are in a better situation?

Do we try and pull out now?
Do you think by breaching the contract that we could pull out and receive our money back £60,000 or do you just think we were being offered some kind of compensation?
