I'm seriously thinking about investing in the santa ana del monte development and I was wondering whether anyone could give me some good (free:-)) advice.
I'm considering using Equity property portfolios to purchase a Malva property. Has anyone actually seen one of these properties? How do they compare to the others?
Also, has anyone actually used Equity property portfolios (EPP) as a way of securing a property?
Ideally I want something that I can rent out reasonably hassle free so property management is important as is rental income to cover the costs. Is there anyone that will provide these services locally?
I've read on the forums that there have been a number of delays. How long do you expect the overall development to take?
