Hola , have just been reading in "The News 21st Jan 2009", a service offered by a company called Todoserv ,about the possiblility of maybe regularising and registering your illegally built house ....  They offer a free analysis of the status of your property and - if it is illegal - whether it can be regularised or not

Anyone out there tried this service ? if so were they succesfull ?  cant believe we havent heard about this before !!!!

Hi

Yes we used Todoserv to legalise our house, which had been built as an almacen.

they did everything that they said, in the time that they quoted, and for 100 euros less than they estimated!                                              I would thoroughly recommend them

Terry
