Some news media in Málaga has published that the bankruptcy claim asked against Aifos has been accepted by the Málaga Company Court. Aifos must be now fulling their allegations, the proceeding has started.

Thanks for the new Patricia.  Now every Aifos creditor needs to communicate the credit and deffend a preferential position among the list of them. It is advisable to bring a cancellation to the Court in order to achieve a better classification.
