Well, I don't know what happened, but just got a pm so is working. Just not showing under my avatar. Maybe it just doesn't show on our own? Are everyone else's the same?

The bit you pasted is from the pm bit. On the forum everyone has a "send private message to "whoever" in blue under the avatars, but mine doesn't. I was just wondering if it was just on my screen and under my avatar but shown under my avatar to others? Don't know if I'm making sense here.  But am guessing it must be because I've had 2 pm's this morning. Could have sworn it was there before or maybe I am mistaken. Confused.com This message was last edited by Candyfloss on 8/12/2008.

Flossy, I see this below when I look at yours, so, yes, I do see the "Send private message to Candyfloss" bit.
I don't see that under mine as, as pointed out by Justin to another member ages ago, you can't send yourself a PM.
Is that what you mean ? (You made perfect sense  )

You must be really geared up for those hols by now, Flossy. I was just saying to my OH that I must make a list of what we need to do as we go, as you know, for almost a month at a time these days (going Sept 1st) & there's so much to arrange. Things can get overlooked. (I'm a great one for lists. )

Rain getting on our nerves too. Wish IT would disappear !
Every time we think we'll go out somewhere it suddenly chucks it down. Still have last month's pension to spend as never been out of house.
