Express Gas Fuel

Has anyone else noticed that when you buy Gas or Diesel at Gas Express locall although the price advertised per LTR is cheap I.E. 1 euro per litre if you buy 10 LTR it should be €10 but once you pay by card your charged €10 + IVA which does not make it cheap fuel or am i reading something wrong.Has anyone else experienced this?

I use Gas Express at Torrevieja and Rojales all the time and I have never experienced this. Only yesterday I bought 20euros of diesel at 99.9 and my receipt showed 20e and 20.2 litres.
