La Fustera pro's and Con's

Been looking for years to buy a property in Spain and decided on the Benissa Coast.

We are in the process of buying and found a lovely villa in La Fustera, just want an idea of people's views on the area, what's good or bad?

We are getting the keys next month and am very excited.

Just make sure you have the Escutura/inhabitants certificate/no outstanding Dept/electricity running water and working sewage connected all these problems are common in Spain ...if the street lights don't work and the surrounding road's/pavements are not finished then will stay like this that's how it is  ....Ask the owner if you can rent the property for a couple of month's with a view to buying good luck.
