anyone know how much santander Spain charge for closing an account and transferring the proceeds to another bank in Spain or a bank in england

The manager of most banks, if not all, has the power to decide what they will charge for various services. So I suggest you ask the manager as any posts here will only be best guesses.

It did cross my mind to post ‘’contact Santander Bank’’.

What would you do if this was Santander in the UK and you wanted to transfer money to another bank in the UK or to Spain

La Ciaxa charged me nothing. But then they had already stiffed me several time over.
