Obvious question I know but any info would be helpful

good morning , we are in block 291 and do not fly out until 1st January,

obviously everybody will be trying to find out how bad things are and i also appreciate everyone will have enough on their plate at the moment. we keep a scooter parked outside our appartment and as it is on the ground floor I just wondered if the weather has been as bad as people are saying if our scooter could have been washed away down the road and how likely there is to be water flooding inside our appartment,. The scooter is normally parked under the sheltered part of ther car park ,
