Many thanks to those that have voted - very much appreciated!
It's the final day of voting today! Results come out on Feb 20th. I have no expectation of winning - there's a Russian blog which is miles ahead! But to come anywhere in the top twenty would be an amazing achievement for such a new blogger. So any more votes would be gratefully received!

Well thanks so much to everyone that clicked for me in the 100 expat blogs competition... Astonishingly, my little blog cam SECOND ..... which is a real surprise, especially as I'm just a new blogger. They've sent me a little logo/certificate thingie but I can't work out how to publish it. Never mind, many many thanks again!
