Absolutely Tamara! If this really is the case the hypocritical double standards are breathtaking. There are some real foul mouthed offensive bullies (I would actually call them psycho's) on here who seem to be able to post with impunity, and others who are really quite offensive but in a 'silky' sort of way yet Norman who is a decent honest guy who see's through all the nonsense gets banned???? Perhaps thats the problem, people don't like that he see's through all their bulls**t.

He's spoken to me today (if it was him).  He thinks I'm going to be next for the chopping block.

Based on what people have commented, Norman may be well qualified to determine who is next for the "chopping block" !

 Eggie - I can't see why YOU would be for the chop (unless someone likes chopped eggie sandwiches -mmmmmm!).  Your posts sometimes lead OTHER people to be offensive, but you never start it!

Thanks Tamara.  I pride myself on never starting trouble and have brought up my children the same way.  I am getting fed up though of the way, as Poppyseed says, some people get away with offensive behaviour with impunity.  A couple have even seen the tragic death of two men who burned themselves alive as a subject for jest today.  I don't think you can stoop much lower than that - imagine if the family of those men were reading.  I may be withdrawing from the site soon for this reason.  All the best.  Eggie.

There is no reason at all why you should be banned eggcup, but thats the point, those who should be aren't and those who shouldn't be are!

 Who are these foul mouthed people who post with impunity?   Apart from going off thread - which we all do - in my opinion most posters are very well behaved and when they are not, they are removed.   Sometimes something offensive slips through (smugfk springs to mind - assuming the name is meant to offend - forgive me if it isn't), but generally I think pretty decent order is kept.

I am open to being convinced, but I need examples of the untouchables postings please!!

I totally agree,we all know the two you talk of and i am actually convinced they are one of the same.

I was disgusted at how a joke can be made of such tragic circumstances,anything for a reaction it seems.

i think i will minimise my postings while these two are allowed to bait and run amok.

Someone accused me of sending him very threatening emails under the name "Harry Clarke". Even claimed email was "carbon copy" of a PM - but of course could not produce PM or email !!!  Anyway, more sad than offensive.

A shame Norman Sands was not there to deal with above !!!
