Hi everyone , can you in Spain claim back monies paid for mis-sold life insurance from the banks like we can in the uk !!

You could try and file an official complaint with the bank but it won't get you anywhere.
It's the same with bank charges and Spansih banks can charge on a % basis and any amount of legal fees and punitive interest and get away with it.
