Running costs
3 double bedroom House with Pool.
I have Just found the time to do my half yearly accounts (8 months) for running my house in Spain.
So Far the cost to me has been €1551.46
I visit my house every month throughout the year as a non-resident owner.
The amount includes payments to
Alarm Company
Water
Electric
House insurance
Pool Cleaning
Bank Charges.
Approx running so far = €6 per day
I do own a car so extras on top include. (Not included in above)
Road Tax
Fuel
Service/ITV
Insurance
Airport Parking.
Extra payments to the end of year will include.
IBI tax to Town Hall
La Renta & income tax to Spanish Tax office.
Solicitor/Fiscal fees.
I have seen a slight increase in Services but haven’t we all Spain & UK
