All they have done so far is tarmac and mark out the car park. No sign of building as yet..
It is supposed to be the usual type of shopping centre but cannot imagine a great demand considering the many empty shop units in the rest of the area.

Hi - I heard that it was to be a huge centre with lots of super stores but that they have not been able to get the funding to start the building work. All the streets, car park and lights are in but then the site was abandoned. There are so many commercial units standing empty, it's no wonder they couldn't get the capital!
