Mortgage broker in Malaga and/or Cadiz

any recommendations?

I have been asked to recommend a reputable broker and I don't know any myself!

Go direct to the banks, much easier and less fees. The problem even for the brokers is finding a bank which will actually lend money.

Hi Joan,

Banks are still lending money and there are some good deals available!   Of course going direct to banks will be a saving on broker fees and these very much depend on the broker, but going direct to a bank could mean you are talked into taking costly insurances and other products that you do not need or require and therefore may not work out cheaper; the best thing is to shop around and find what best suits the individual, which may or may not be via a broker!

Regardless of wether you have broker or not i can gurantee you that they will still want to sell you insurances, pension plans, credit cards and all the rest as i know people who went through a broker and still had to take these things on to get a better interest rate.

What you have to take into account is that by law they can not force you.

Still cheaper to go direct to a bank.

Unfortunately there are banks who will enforce their Life insurance, and not necessarily to obtain a lower rate! And regardless of the legalities on this.   But not all banks do this, coupled with still achieving a good deal!
