A question to everyone out there?!
When i first meet people i ask them what in particular they want from their purchase in Spain.
This is usually met by a range of answers and most of them are usually achievable.
I had clients yesterday that said;
We would like to find somewhere that is very similar to where we live but warmer(this is not a joke)

Shotton colliery eh ? Small word innit ?
When we were "up north" visiting relatives a few years ago we went to Beamish. It was amazing. Who's been to Beamish ? We went with my auntie who's now 73 & she was able to explain it all & say "that's just like a house your mum & I were raised in". I never believed I could be as interested in seeing it all just like it was so many years ago. That time we visited there was an exhibition of paintings all of Murton, by someone my dad would've known. There was a newspaper especially for Beamish & we bought a copy as it had all the paintings in. I made a video of the Beamish experience. As my nieces would say
