Iberdrola charges?

Went to Pilar de Horadada on Saturday to query my bill (still not received the Correo).
It appears all is correct because the payment was for two months and two weeks. Still high though.
I have successfully subscibed to the Internet method but cannot see how I review my bill?? No matter what I click on, it does not appear. Is it maybe because my current bill is "in the post?"
HELP!!
