Wasn't sure whetther to add to a new post or start a new one, so here goes.
Listening to the local radio station the other day, there was a advert which proudly boasted:
"Now is the best time to invest in a property. Prices are lowest they can go, get in quick before the prices rise"
Can't remember the name of the advertising company, but it did make me sigh and think not again.
I despair sometimes at the limits the agents will go to.
