Hi Esteban, sorry to hear they have even let you down, however, sad to say but it is probably no great surprise. PEOPLE BEWARE, KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!

Hi I know Villapac very well, they are really struggling at the moment due to a large company taking them for €350.000 a large amount by any standards for a company that size. Due to this they have made a substantial amount of people redundant some of these (1 in particular who has posted numerous posts on this particular thread) are spreading malicious rumours, they have tried very hard under severe pressure to satisfy as best they could the majority of customers. However they have taken legal advice re the posts on this website by ex employees and currently are quite deep into a slander case unbeknowns to the particular staff involved. It has also been established that staff have been known to do car boot sales with the goods stolen from the warehouse they have even been found in storage such is the rampant theft by the staff (now in the hands of the police)( these are trusted members of staff or where) and also selling goods in pubs around Alhurin and Alicante. So really the remedy  for the boss there would be to conduct this operation outside of all the bent, backstabing, thieving, lazy people that have moved to Spain from the UK.   THat is obviously why they live there as it is an easy life compared to the Uk where you get £45 a week on the dole compared with over €1000 euros a month in spain and they try to plead poverty. get back to reality and move back to the UK if you can't afford it there when your redundancy is not paid. If you had been any good at your jobs you would be able to get another one.  I personally have investigted this illegal shop also the so called Black money, that is not the case at all the people working there are self employed and pay their own tax to the hacienda. There are some very slanderous statements in past threads which  are being investigated as well as the people making them. What surprises me about this ex member of staff isif anybody tried to destroy his pride and joy he would be very annoyed so lets not do it to others. How is the horse shop.

I tried to post latest info on both Villapak Ltd & Villapak UK Ltd but for some reason post was rejected re links, email addresses, web sites, etc even though none was in the post, straight from Company House & credit agency. Villapak UK Ltd was formed a few days ago. Same chap and address as Villapak. Villapak has county court judgements aainst it. Working capital of minus 40 odd k.

Justin

I think this thread needs to be locked now, read the last posts, the company are clearly in trouble and need to be protected, as of course do the creditors, it serves no good for either party or EOS for it to get personal here.

Just my opinion

Steve

I agree, it should be stopped now, but not deleted. The last post by GUYT is very very important and this is the sort of information EYE ON SPAIN should be providing.

For anyone who has dealings with this company, you need to be aware they have called in the receivers.  If you have not been informed already I can post the administrator's details on here so you can make contact with them.

Hi ,

probably just another one of the many trusting fools who have fell foul to these furniture frauds

(maybe thats just me being angry and feeling frustrated) but to be quite honest after more than fouteen months of empty promises and excuses as to why our furniture is still god only knows where this is how i am feel having now been told that my furniture can be deliverd at an extra delivery charge and also the extra cost for somebody to install everything i am at my wits end with the whole nightmare is there anybody who i can turn to?

The torment and rows this whole experience has caused between both myself and my partner(each one blaming the other for entering the villapac showroom ) I  am truly at a loss.

You wernt alone, they ran a very PROFESSIONAL LOOKING operation. My advice would be to pay any future payments by credit card as it gives you additional security.

Hello Hello Hello,

Well coming from the profession I used to be employed in you can probably  understand on finding out about this site from one of my ex work colleagues I had to investigate and sure enough I feel the need to add a little inside info

The current economical crisis must have seemed like a dream come true ( what a simple way out )

The furniture frauds as so  well discribed by Beanstalk have been conning and misleading not only clients, but also most of the people who used to be employed there. My ex colleague pall infomed me the other day that he knows for sure that they were planning and making enquiries has to how they could offload employees with minimum or no cost to themselves ( NICE PEOPLE HEY )

There is also fresh  talk  going round town that they are now in league  with Imperial and are using their people for deliveries and installs
