licences?

Hi everybody!
We are due to complete on a development called Llanos del Sol in La Alfoquia ,Zurgena.We are wondering if anybody can tell us whether the certificate of habitacion is the same document as the licence of first occupation?We are trying to make sure everything is in order before we sign.

It is the same document: just the name change from one autonomous community to another.
Do not sign without it.
