Advice on Spanish Lawyers ( disputes involving Developers)

Has anybody at present or in the past had dealings with Spanish Lawyers in fighting a case involving a dispute over the purchasing of properties including Bank Guarantees. Thank you for your time and look forward to your reply.

Maria de Castro is a long time contributor to this forum. She has also had much success regaining deposits for people. If you do a search for her name and drop her a pm, I am sure she will give you some good advice as well.

Mark, thanks for replying , I am talking with Maria L. de Castro although what i have gained from others i am confused to what is the best option to go down , I don't have a bankers guarantee and the builder Aifos who i have a contract with sold on the progect to another developer, regards Fred.
