You can report it to us directly and we will block the user. This user has been banned.
If you ever see any suspicious PMs please just report them to us at eos_moderators
Of course, you can also use any of the SPAM post /abuse links in any forum post to report - just give a brief explanation in the text box of the Spammer.
Both options are of course free.
