Hi ,iam thinking of buying a property on la tercia U.G.R. I know its had problems in the past ,I know there no shops ,bars close by and you really need a vehicle , and it can be a bit of a ghost town in low season ,I was over there viewing a couple of weeks ago I was impressed with finish of the apts ,what I want to find out are the running costs over a 12 mth period I have some information re 2 bed apt but the one iam interested in is one beder ,service charge ,standing charges for electric and gas ,water Etc ,hope some one can help thanks s rgds T.J.P.
