Hello lovely people!!
I hope someone can help...!!
Last week I was passing through Bilbao and got a parking ticket! It was late when I returned to my cart and there wasn't anyone around to ask for help!! Plus I was in a dash to get to my hotel (long story..), so now I have a parking ticket I need to pay! It was issued on my English car (my own not a hire car) and I'm not currently in Spain!
Can anyone help or advise me on what to do please...?? Any info will be greatly appreciated!!

I would have thought there's info on the ticket itself on who & how to pay? I think parking tickets are normally issued by local police / ayuntamientos, but maybe you can pay them to DGT (Tráfico)? Have a look here https://sede.dgt.gob.es/es/tramites-y-multas/alguna-multa/alguna-multa-en/ scroll down to the part about how to pay by credit/debit card and click the link there for a form to pay.
