I would like to publicly like to give a massive Thankyou to Maria and her team for securing our deposit refund from BBVA

We are truly glad that we chose Maria and at least we have our deposit returned to us ,also a Thankyou to the eyeonspain website because this is the place we first saw the information

It was in 2006 we put our deposit down for Santa Ana, we our now glad that we can once and for all put this behind us !

It has been an honor. We are happy you are happy.

Yes, eyeonspain has been an extraordinary mean to bring justice to English speaking clients in Spain

We just hope you will reinvest that money in Spain and..... choose us as your lawyers for the reinvestment wink

'Costaluzlawyers can not be praised highly enough!

They, not only went where other lawyers feared to go, taking on the big developers, & even BIGGER banks, but WON, paving the way for  others to follow suit, giving justice to the 'little man' for a change'.

And all this was done with a high degree of customer service throughout'.

More great news well done to Maria and all concerned

I read somewhere that it can be variable around 4-5% per year is this true?

Gazzapp:

We are a team of 17 people working intensively in this type of cases. It has been our specialization since 2008. We were pioneers on winning this type of cases against Banks and have won more than 200 cases along the whole Spanish territory so far. We love bringing justice to individual buyers who dreamt once on our country and are looking forward of having them reinvesting in Spain soon.

Every case won against a Bank obtain of course its refund of principal, plus legal interests, plus legal costs, in most of the cases. Timelines are not easy to predict as this depends on Courts and their workloads.

On average, we say to clients that a Court decision in First Instance level might take 6-18 months and one at the Appeal Stage, one year on average, but this is just indicative as, as said, it ultimately depends on Courts.

Spain Supreme Court is doing a beautiful work bringing justice to people against Banks in this type of businesses. We are very proud of this!

We will be very pleased to offer an appraisal to anyone interested

Kind regards

Maria
