EPC Company Recommendation Please

Good afternoon

I have had several quotes but they are quite expensive in comparison to the UK.  Can anyone recommend a company which provides a reasonably priced EPC?  It is for a 2 bed Polaris World apartment approx. 60m2.

It depends where you are, if your property is is in the Murcia region I suggest that you use the company that I used last year.  They charged €121 for the EPC. I know in other regions that some companies are charging extortionate sums.  I was provided with my EPC via email within a few days of having the survey carried out.  The chap that visited me was very professional he explained everything and his English was very good. EPC  =  ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

We  also used Martinez for our EPC. Very efficient service, they came to  measure up etc and then sent a copy of the certificate and entry to the official register by email within 48 hours. We also paid E121.00 for the service.
