Lapsed planning permission

anyone know the situation re. Planning permission. Lovely plot about 3 acres, campo, Granada region, 8 mins. Drive from town. Got architect plans, all permissions and planning granted years ago (10 years roughly). Cost of around 9000 euros. Circumstances meant change of plans. Question is now permission has lapsed, how difficult and expensive to get it back. Many thanks

The declaration of expiration can be reviewed and legality checked. If all is accorging to law, you need to apply for new one
