Hi,

Has anyone living (and registered) in Spain ever had problems with double taxation on their Gibraltar sourced income?

Currently I believe there is no official double tax agreement between Gibraltar and Spain, which means that theoretically this income could be taxed in full twice, although I understand that in practice this is "never" the case, and that tax paid in Gibraltar can be offset as a tax credit when submitting a spanish tax return. However, I would like to know what the experience of the people in this forum has been regarding this.

Thanks
