Carboneras Hotel: Stay or Go?

Once the cameras and those ernest young fellows from Greenpeace had left, the town came out and painted a new message on the hotel Algarrobico.
Now it says 'Hotel Legal' and as no one wants to grasp the nettle, perhaps they are right!
