I live in a small community in Mijas with  7 houses that share a pool. Mijas town hall has contacted our community to say they are enforcing a national law that stipulates the the community pool can only be operated after being inspected by their engineer and a licence obtained.

Apparently there was an article some time ago regarding community pools in one of the English newspapers, this inferred that this law only applied to communities with twenty or more dwellings.

Does anybody have any experience of this situation.
