working in spain as an electrical engineer

Hallo all, i'm currently planning on moving to spain ( around malaga ) i am a electrical engineer ( Plc engineer, siemens s7 ,wonderware intouch ) working in the food industry and i'm trying to find out how jobs are advertised in spain. Here in england i just gets calls from recruitment agencys and they sort the jobs.

there is a company in the area looking for english speaking electricians if i can find the reference i will let you know
i think it was an article in the sur in english paper which you can read on line
i found agencies here beyond useless you ask for a job in malaga and they send you ones in dubai etc
